Violations: 5-2, Violation of Code: [.04(7)(e) ] The current menus were found with a disclosure statement present however there was nothing linking the statement with the food items that are offered raw or undercooked. The person in charge was advised that the disclosure/reminder statement must be linked to the food items offered raw or undercooked with the use of asterisk etc. The menu items offered undercooked at the facility include eggs and hamburgers at the present time. New Violation. 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food prepared and held in the establishment for more than 24 hours not clearly marked to indicate the date by which the food must be consumed, sold, or discarded. Several potentially hazardous food items including half and half, chili, ham, cheese, and brunswik stew were found held over 24 hours and with no date marks present at the time of inspection. The person in charge placed date marks on these items at the time of inspection. All food items cooked or potentially hazardous food items packages opened and held for over 24 hours must be date marked and discarded within 7 days. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16B, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(j) ] The outdoor garden hose in the garbage area of the facility was found with no backflow prevention device present. The person in charge was advised to obtain the backflow prevention device for the hose to help prevent possible backflow into the water system. New Violation.
