Concentration of sanitizer adjusted at time of inspection. Mechanical dish machine providing correct amount of sanitizer. Must ensure mechanical dish machine is providing correct amount of sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15B, Violation of Code: [.05(3)(h),(i) ] Test strips not provided for mechanical dish machine (chlorine). Technician arrived during inspection. Provided test strips. Must ensure facility has test strips to ensure proper concentration of sanitizer is provided. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(d) ] Non-food contact surfaces not clean. Interior of coolers not clean (buildup of food debris). Must ensure all non-food contact surfaces are clean and properly sanitized. New Violation. 18, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(l) ] At time of inspection, observed one dead roach in cooler (cooler not being used) and one dead roach at prep sink area. Both prep sink area and cooler cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Must ensure all dead insects are removed and not present in facility.
