Gap between both sneeze guards needs to be covered.
Owner has ordered a custom made sneeze guard end piece for this area. Receipt was shown during inspection. Part to arrive in about 1 week. Owner had also ordered something to cover open section in sneeze shield.  New Violation. Correct By: 02/16/2012. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(a) ] Floor/wall junctures not equipped with cove base. Tile section of kitchen not equipped with cove base; the floors are ceramic tile with ceramic tile base but they are not coved.Â
Please install cove base in this area or a cove caulking for cleanability.  New Violation. Correct By: 02/16/2012. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(a) ] Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not constructed and/or installed so that they are easily cleanable. 1. Light green walls in kichen must be covered with an epoxy paint for cleanability. 2. Light green wall section next to wet toppings must be covered with an epoxy paint for cleanability. 3. Walls in both restrooms must be covered with an epoxy paint for cleanability. New Violation. Correct By: 02/16/2012.
