Please have digital thermometer for measuring the temperature of thin foods. New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Please turn down temperature of prep cooler so that it holds an air temperature of 41 degrees or below.
Please have Coke cooler turned on so that air temperature can be checked.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(1)(a) ] Please paint all raw wood in facility. New shelves that have been built must be painted with high gloss (washable paint) or epoxy paint so that they are easily cleanable/non-absorbant/smooth.
