Second Victim Identified in Duluth Double-Homicide
The two men were shot in the home's garage, police said on Wednesday.

DULUTH, GA — The second of two men shot and killed at a social gathering in Duluth has been identified.
Gwinnett County Police on Wednesday said Michael Liberty, 51, was shot by Davon Dayron Jones, 24, of Duluth after having been invited to a home there earlier Sunday.
On Tuesday, police had identified Charles Tyree, 40, as the other victim in the shooting.

The two men were shot in the garage of the home, police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said Wednesday.
Investigators are still trying to piece together what took place leading up to the shootings.

Jones has been arrested and faces two counts each of felony murder and aggravated assault.

The shooting happened shortly after 8 p.m. on the 2100 block of Hopkins Mill Lane.
A 911 caller said two men had been shot inside a home there. Upon arriving, Gwinnett County Police officers located one man who was dead from a gunshot wound and another man who was injured.
The second victim was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, where he later died from his injuries.
According to police, the victims were friends of Jones and had been invited over to the home earlier in the day.
