Frat House Death At Penn State: Woodstock Suspect Due In Court

The 18 Penn State frat brothers charged in connection with a student's death at the Beta Theta Pi house in February will appear in court June 12 for a preliminary hearing. Eight fraternity brothers, including 19-year-old Michael Bonatucci of Woodstock, have been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Timothy Piazza, 19, whom authorities say was forced to drink excessively before falling and hurting himself.

Jessica Lane Hunt of Norcross address, is charged with criminal negligence in the case. The little girl was brought to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and police were called to the hospital.
