• Gwinnett County: 7 plead guilty to burglarizing 492 vehicles, ring to serve over 60 years combined (ocgnews.com) — Lilburn residents should know that a major auto break-in ring targeting nearly 500 vehicles across Gwinnett County has been dismantled, with seven defendants pleading guilty and receiving lengthy sentences. Lilburn Police joined Gwinnett and other agencies in investigating the crew, which stole tools, guns, and cars over more than a year before prosecutors secured racketeering convictions.
