Grayson Routs Visiting Florida Team

The Grayson Rams, coming off a close win against Kell last Saturday in the Corky Kell Classic at the Georgia Dome, totally dominated the visiting Flying Eagles of Edgewater High School from Orlando, Florida in the first game of a two-game event at North Gwinnett High School, this year known as the 2011 National Gridiron High School Classic.

The Grayson offense scored quickly and often, and by the middle of the second quarter the rout was on. The Rams built up a 42-7 halftime lead on Edgewater, controlling both the offensive and defensive rhythm of the game.

Grayson cruised to a 49-21 win, improving to 2-0 on the young 2011 season.

Grayson is off next week, but returns to action on September 9th as they face the Archer Tigers at Archer High School.
