Grayson vs Colquit in 7 p.m. Semifinal
Who will win tonight and can the Rams go all the way this year?

The spirit of the postseason is in the air today with No. 2 ranked headed into yet another semifinal – this time unbeaten for the season. The Grayson Rams face Colquit County for a shot at the 2011-2012 GHSA Class AAAAA State Football Championships at home tonight.
The game kicks off at 7 p.m. in the Grayson High School Community Stadium and folks in and like the team’s chances of going all the way this year.
“I think this is Grayson’s year,” said Nick Longendyke of in Grayson. “They have good players, good coaches and good fan support. I hope they celebrate here with us after the big game next week.”

If the Rams come away with the win tonight, they get to play in the final at the Dome on Dec. 10 against the winner of the other semifinal game between Walton and Lassiter.
You have to like the Rams chances – they go into tonight’s game with a 13 and 0 record. No slouches themselves, Colquit are 11-2 for the season. However, the last time these two teams faced off in a semifinal was a year ago - and that time Colquitt took the victory with a final score of 31-24.
