The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Jan. 6 – 11 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed

Jan. 6

• Amanda Raye Leach, of 365 Towler Drive, Loganville, was arrested for a violation of probation.
• Taylor Deanne Downs, of 2240 Cobble Creek Lane, Grayson, was charged with driving while licensed suspended/revoked and failure to maintain lane.

Jan. 7

• Ashley Brooke Yarbrough, of 1244 Oakwood Place, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence (less safe), and failure to maintain lane.
• Olivia Solarzano-Maldonado, of 4150 Savannah Ridge Trace, Loganville, was charged with Georgia residence, no license after 30 days.
• Emil Idriz Hadzic, of 2531 Meadow Pond Trail, Grayson, was arrested and held for court.

Jan. 8

• Jose Delcarmen Que-Garcia, of 154 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with discharging a gun near a street, giving a false name or information, reckless conduct, discharge of a firearm while under the influence, hold for immigration and hold for other agency.
• Cupertino Ortiz-Casarubias, of 154 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with discharging a gun near a street, giving a false name or information, reckless conduct, discharge of a firearm while under the influence and hold for immigration.
• Emanuel Nava-Casarubias, of 154 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with discharging a gun near a street, giving a false name or information, reckless conduct, discharge of a firearm while under the influence and hold for immigration.
• Lakisha Daniel, of 1330 Alexander Crossing, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
• Dustin V. Britt, of 1323 Temple Johnson Road, Loganville, was charged with DUI (Drugs) and failure to maintain lane.
• Antonio Uriel Leonard, of 3995 Fredricksberg Ct., Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and failure to yield after stop sign.
• , of 1444 Hattiesburg Ct., Grayson, was arrested and held for another agency.

Jan. 9

• Brian Patrick Gomes, of 1852 Red Rose Lane, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting and expired tag.
• David Fortune, of 4195 Fox Chase Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Tyler Edward Pereira, of 308 Brackin Trace, Grayson, was charged with criminal attempt to commit crime, obstruction of law enforcement officer, possession tool for commission of a crime and less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Kyle Andrew Bray, of 2350 Cobble Creek Lane, Grayson, was charged with Contempt of court (Superior).

Jan. 10

• Julio Cesar Soto, of 2320 Ridgedale Drive, Grayson, was charged with driving while unlicensed or expired license and speeding (24 – 33 mph over the limit).
• Jimaal Demetrius Rose, of 922 Thorny Lane, Grayson, was charged with battery and 3^rd degree cruelty to children.

Jan. 11

• , of 185 Lacey Oak Lane, Loganville, was charged with DUI (alcohol)
• David Randall Martin, of 1922 Cotton Lane, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Joann Jury Scott, of 1737 Summit Creek Way, Loganville, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 
• Alistair Robin Kosia, of 3177 Summit Springs Ct., Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, theft by taking, driving an unsafe vehicle, no proof of insurance, tail lights violation and hold for immigration. 
• Scotty Carson Chappelear, of 1000 Burning Bush Drive, Loganville, was charged with child molestation and aggravated child molestation.
• Bushra Mustafa Ali, of 1260 Hogan Ridge Drive, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
