The following Loganville and Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center during the period Feb. 12 - 19, 2012

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Feb. 5 - 11, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Feb. 12

  • Helder Montoya, of 3250 Claude Brewer Road, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence (0.08 grams), brake lights no standard and improper lane change.
  • Brian Barakah DaSilva, of 3100 Wrenwood Court, Loganville, was charged with possession of tools for commission of a crime and loitering or prowling.
  • Victoria Lauren Booker, of 505 Taylor Drive, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation

  • Mark Georg Byars, of 2550 Silver King Drive, Grayson, was charged with DUI (alcohol).
  • Eeon Wesley Fortune, of 4195 Fox Chase Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
  • Tjuan Demetrious Elliott, of 1403 Waterford Court, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear.
  • Feb. 14
  • Benjamin Frank Perry, of 305 Shadowbrooke Drive, Loganville, was charged with no driver’s license, must have two headlights and unlawful use of a license.
  • Julian Alberto Mancayo-Rivera, of 741 Wilkes Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI.
  • Kevin Lee Forbes, of 703 Buckhorn Court, Loganville, was charged with DUI – drugs, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.
  • Kenneth Lee Whitehead, of 2385 Miller Bottom Road, Loganville, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Feb. 15

  • DeJuan Sean Martin, of 1525 Grayson Highway Apt. 812, Grayson was charged with violation of probation.

  • Nicquan Tarique McFarlane, of 305 Pebblestone Drive, Loganville, was charged with loitering and prowling.
  • Eric Anthony Comrie, of 3505 Wrenwood Court, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
  • Cortez Lee McClain, of 3129 Battlement Circle, Loganville, was arrested and held for court.
  • Lauren Marie Costello, of 2530 Tribble Gates Drive, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
  • Romel Alajuwon Davis, of 2192 Fall Creek Landing, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
  • Elton John Moore, of 3734 Rose Court, Loganville, was charged with burglary and theft by taking.
  • Steven Anthony Morris, of 3120 Battlement Circle, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.

Feb. 17

  • Adam Richard Tollison, of 1565 Mount McKinley Drive, Grayson, was charged with VGCSA – Schedule II, VGCSA – Schedule IV and VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
  • John Michael Streck, of 170 Holly Court, Loganville, was arrested and held for another agency.
  • Joel Gatica-Victoriano, of 153 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving while unlicensed, speeding, and he was held for another agency.
  • Benito Clemente Escalante, of 1439 Sierra Ridge Place, Loganville, was charged with No. Driver’s License – resident for 30 plus days and no tail light lenses.

Feb. 18

  • Romalious Trevaras Smith of 988 Winding Down Way, Grayson, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
  • Vincent Boyd II, of 4443 Prather Pass Drive, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear.

Feb. 19

  • Effery Earl Barge, of 1849 Cooper Lakes Drive, Grayson, was charged with light reducing mat affixed to window and possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
