Gwinnett County Detention Center Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 18 - 24, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 18

• Yakira Zakayyah Rawchaa, of No. 108 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Devin Kyle Ittner, of 135 Leighs Grove Way, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol).
• Walter Anthony Bass, of 2065 Lakewood Trace, Grayson, was charged with aggravated stalking.

March 19

• Julien Elvin Vaughn, of 421 Windermere Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Da Twione Willie Searles, of 2085 Cutlead Creek Road, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.

March 20

• Michael Keith Stepp, of 2483 Starfire Lane, Loganville, was charged with DUI (alcohol), texting while driving and failure to maintain lane.
• Amanda Leigh Weekly, of 610 Midway Road, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and held for another agency.
• Thomas Ray II Hargrove, of 3980 Brushy Wood Drive, Loganville, was held for another agency.
• Ira Trevonte Lemons, of 3430 Wrenwood Court, Loganville, was charged with aggravated assault and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Angelia Lea Long, of 2945 Rosebud Road, Apt. 102, Loganville, was charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, - Schedule II, VGCSA – Schedule IV and theft by shoplifting.
• Shanna Louise Johnson, of 1798 Pinehurst View Court, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Danielle Jernine Thompson, of 1640 Rosemist Trail, Grayson, was charged with no license after being a Georgia resident for more than 30 days, driving on a suspended/revoked license, 60 days to change name and address on license, no brake lights or working turn signals and speeding.
• Michael David Craig, of 1525 Grayson Highway, Grayson, was charged with no driver’s license, driving on a suspended/revoked license and no tag.
• Raheem Kamal Davis, of 2756 Fieldbrook Lane, Grayson, was charged with interference with a call for emergency assistance and battery.

March 21

• Kerwin Christopher Kirkland, of 918 Bramble Way, Grayson, was charged with loitering/prowling and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
• Julian Marklon Clarke, of 918 Bramble Way, Grayson, was charged with loitering/prowling and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
• Okey Iloegbrunam, of 1608 Silver Grass Lane, Grayson, was charged with simple battery.
• Hasan Ali, of 1843 Easter Cody Court, Grayson, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Emily Christina Scruggs, of 2600 Claude Brewer Road, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, DUI and headlights.
• Stephanie L. Brotherton, of 2177 Pixie Rose Lane, Loganville, is charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and expired tag.

March 22

• Frank Gordon Hankins, of 2295 Linstone Lane, Grayson, was charged with a violation of parole.
• Shanice Emmanie Brown, of 3155 Oak Grove Road, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conduct and simple battery.

March 23

• Cederick Okeefe Perry, of 2447 Woodruff Creek Lane, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Matthew Ryan Morrison, of 285 Tennyson Knl., Grayson, was charged with shoplifting (less than $300).

March 24

• Terrance Ricaerdo Ellis, of 4383 Beaver Tree St., Loganville, was charged with simple battery.
• Ronald Francis Ferguson, of 2847 Nathaniel Way, Grayson, was charged with No license after being a Georgia resident for 30 days, giving a false name, driving on a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
