Gwinnett County Detention Center Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 4 - 10, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 4, 2012

• Felix Casarrubias-Lotzin, of 226 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with being a Georgia resident with no license after 30 days. He was held for immigration.
• Savitri Itwaru, of 1306 Park Ave., Loganville, was charged with forged prescriptions. She was held for immigration.

March 5

• Stephen Gray King, of 3805 Creekwood Court, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Janay Loraine Gonzalez, of 2640 Brushy Wood Circle, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Kaitlin-Alysse Micaela Johonson, of 425 Waverly Point Drive, Grayson, was charged with battery.
• Jack Banks, of 2671 Farmstead Court, Grayson, was charged with being a Georgia resident for more than 30 days with no license, driving on a suspended/revoked license and for no tag.
• Teresa Ann Adams, of 1096 W. Wood Place, Grayson, was charged with failure to appear.

March 6

• Lorin Wayne Lewis, of 2064 Windsor Mill Court, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
• Kamitra Shanice Foreman, of 114 Tara Blvd., Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, and tag light visible 50 ft.
• Chaz Daniel Fortune, of Unit 1601 2935 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear.
• Eded Victoria Froyen, of 1850 Rose Gardn Lane, Loganville, was held for another agency.
• Darryl Lynn Thompson, of 4553 Grove Lake St., Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to appear.
• Shelfee Warrn Collins, of 4225 Peace Rose Place, Loganville, was charged with a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act – controlled substance.
• Viktoriya Khokhlan, of 4994 Eagles Nest Court, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Reuben Joseph Brown, of 1301 Webb Farm Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, knowingly drive with a suspended registration and no insurance.
• Thomas Lloyd Spencer, of 605 Ashton Manor Drive, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Terrell Granville Love, of 209 Chloe Dianne Drive, Loganville, was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, violation of probation and cruelty to children.

March 7

• Calvin Derick L. Murphy, of 595 Weeping Willow Drive, Loganville, was charged with improper stopping/parking on roadway, no tag and was held for another agency.
• Timothy Chad Reeves, of 1748 Floye Drive, Loganville, was charged with simply battery.
• Oluseye Odugbesan, of 2951 Farmstead Court, Grayson, was charged with a suspended/revoked license.

March 8

• Caleb Nathan Smith, of 195 Amberbrook Circle, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Kandy Sue Butler, of 3272 Waterwood Cove, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence.
• Tashae Tamika Williams, of 451 Sweet Ashley Way, Loganville, was held for another agency.
• James Edward Sanders, of 340 Big Game Way, Loganville, was held for court.
• Andanae Deshawn Gates, of 1635 Stephens Pond VW, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Jaleesa Janay Harris, of 1635 Stephens Pond VW, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

March 9

• Mark Stephen Mauldin II, of 3705 Shane Hill Road, Loganville, was charged with entering an auto and loitering or prowling.
• James Michael Shannon, of 315 Hoke O’Kelly Mill Road, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Robert Edward Potter, of 62 Grayson New Hope Road, Grayson, was charged with entering an auto, loitering or prowling.
• Arthur Bradley Thorpe, 970 Mount McKinley Drive, Grayson, of driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding.
• Tanisha Lorianne Small, of 1571 Blue Sail Ave., Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
