Chafing fuel relocated to approved location. Choking poster not posted as per O.C.G.A. Dry storage shed has shelf-stable foods, freezers of food, and coolers of food present without installed washable flooring material, walls, and ceilings.

Observations: Mold-like substance present in the top sections of the ice machines. The wet wiping cloths stored in the container of liquid did not register QUAT, the sanitizer the facility is using. Cold-held potentially hazardous foods must be maintained 41F or below or use time as a public health control. Packages of baked beans seasonings are stored where they are exposed to splash from the handwashing sink (across from the walk-in freezer). Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. The air temperature of the cooler is 62F. The employee stated the cooler will not be used.
