Observations: The employee health policy per the GA Food Code was not able to be communicated. he front handwashing sink near the coffee makers were observed with coffee grinds and coffee discarded in it. The handwashing sink near dry storage by the three compartment sink had a dicer stored in it. Cantaloupe, Salmon, Eggs were above 41°F. Several drink syrups, both in-use and unopened, were held beyond the manufacturer’s “enjoy by” date. The permit on display is expired. The gasket on the prep cooler door is in disrepair. Old date labels are on the exterior surface of several metal containers.
