LHS FFA Named A Top 10 Finalist For Area Chapter Of The Year

Loganville High School's FFA Chapter was named a top 10 finalist for Chapter Of The Year at a recent FFA-FCCLA Rally.

At a recent North Region FFA Rally at the Georgia FFA-FCCLA Center in Covington, FFA was named a top 10 finalist for Chapter of the Year in Area II. The announcement was given during the awards ceremony.

There were over 800 members from across north Georgia at the motivational assembly. Region FFA officers and state officers assisted in the coordinating of the event, the purpose of which was to motivate members about upcoming FFA events and kick the year off to a great start.

Participants competed in activities such as Quiz Bowl Challenge, Opening Ceremony Competition, and team-building exercises.  Samuel Peraza from LHS FFA and serving as Area II President, facilitated the opening session.
