LMS Student is Accusing a Teacher of Harrassment

A sixth grade student from Loganville Middle School reportedly told his parents the teacher threatened him with scissors.

A sixth-grader is accusing a teacher of harassment. According to a report on WSB TV, Channel 2, the student told his parents a teacher with whom he was unfamiliar reacted to a comment made by another student, thinking the remark came from him. The student reportedly told Channel 2’s Eric Phillips that the teacher “jerked him by his hoody” and threatened him with scissors. The student reported that the harassment continued the next day when he encountered the teacher in the hallway.

The comment made by the other student that is alleged to have set off the incident was reported to be about the large amount of gel the teacher had in her hair.

The boy’s father, Sal Gangi, has said is not providing answers to him, citing privacy laws, but school officials reportedly told Channel 2 that they are looking into the matter.
