Loganville Cooking Fire Held to Minor Damage
Fire officials say two teens were home at time of the stove-top blaze.

Food left cooking on the top of a stove was to blame for a minor house fire in Loganville on Tuesday.
Gwinnett County Fire officials said two older teens were home at about 4:40 p.m., when crews were called to a house fire on the 1400 block of Princeton View Court.
Firefighters were able to put out the flames with a portable fire extinguisher and had the fire under control by 4:50 p.m.

The fire spread to a microwave and cabinets above the stove, but was contained there, Gwinnett County Fire & Emergency Services said in a news release.
The home was ventilated and turned back over to the occupants within an hour.
