Remarks: No food safety certificate posted onsite. Numerous potentially hazardous ready-to-eat foods were held past seven days. Multiple items improperly date marked (cooked chicken, pork, chicken wings). Items were prepped, dated, and frozen. Once removed from freezer items were not properly dated. A case of yogurt dated 7/25/2014. Blue cheese dated 1/29/2014. Two containers of sour cream dated 7/1/14. All items were discarded. No digital thermometer provided. No test strips provided for QUAT or Chlorine test strips. Must provide test strips for testing sanitizer solution.
