The fans are currently not blowing.

Remarks: Observed front of house employee who handled bottle of quaternary ammonia, enter the kitchen and handle food contact surfaces without washing hands. An employee returned to the kitchen after using the restroom, did not wash hands, and began put on gloves. Observed an employee draining scallops into the vegetable sink. Upon arrival to the facility, it was observed that the previous inspection report dated 1/10/2014 was posted. Observed an employee exit the kitchen with gloved hands. He returned to the kitchen and began working with non-food contact surfaces.

Remarks: Person in charge did not wash hands prior to donning gloves to prepare hashbrowns. Several plastic food pans are unclean with grease and residue after having been washed last night and stored to air-dry. Clean spoons for stirring coffee beverages are stored with both the food-contact surfaces and handles facing opposing directions. The small reach-in cooler underneath the front counter is not maintaining an ambient air temperature of 41F or lower. The flooring inside both the walk-in freezer and the walk-in cooler are unclean with pieces of food and other debris.
