CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT

Activity date: July 31, 2015-August 2, 2015

Zone 1
Accident- An accident occurred at Lower Jersey Road and Kitchens Road. No Injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the accident.

Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested at in the area of Hillside Trace in reference to a suspicious vehicle, grey hatchback, traveling in the area several times.

Hit and Run- At a business off Highway 138 subject reported a red pickup truck struck her vehicle and fled the scene. Georgia State Patrol handled the accident.

Suspicious Vehicle- At a Liberty Hill Baptist Church in the evening hours there were two subjects in the back seat of a passenger car having intercourse. Subjects were asked to leave the premises.

Accident- An accident occurred in the area of Greendale Road and Jersey Social Circle Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled accident.

Non-Violent Dispute- At a residence off Wapakonet Trail subject advised they heard a dispute coming from the neighbors residence. Contact was made with suspect at residence and advised he and the children had a water balloon fight. Fredrick Hicks was then arrested for a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Walton County.

Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a business off Walnut Avenue, Deputies checked the area. Everything okay.

Zone 2
Harassment- At a residence off Highway 278 subject reported receiving harassing text messages. Contact was made with suspect in reference to the incident. Kaci Callahan was further arrested for a Probation Violation Warrant out of Walton County.

Accident- A two vehicle accident occurred in the area of Whitney Road. No injuries.

Zone 3
Extra Patrol- Extra Patrol was requested in the area of Pleasant Valley Road in reference to a vehicle with a loud mufflers shaking the windows.

Recover Stolen Vehicle- In the area of Turkey Mountain Trail a White Oldsmobile Cutlass was located in a wooded area. Vehicle was reported stolen from the area of Mt. Vernon Road on a previous date with two to three male occupants. Two suspects were located in the area.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Snows Mill Road and Powers Road. Subject flipped a passenger car and was transported to Clearview Medical Center.

Zone 4
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Michael Road in reference to suspicious vehicle parking in the yard during the night time hours.

Suspicious Person- At a residence off Walton Road subject reported a White Oldsmobile Cutlass pulled into the driveway with two white males and they began looking around the residence. The vehicle description was correlated with one recovered on the same day in the area of Turkey Mountain Trail.

Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at Centerhill Baptist Church. Deputies checked the area. Two unsecure doors located. Building cleared and secured.

Zone 5
Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence off Alcovy Ridge Crossing. Deputies checked the area. Everything okay.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Highway 81 and June Ivey. One subject Life Flighted to Grady Hospital. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Bold Springs Road. No injuries.

Other Law- Subject reported he was stopped by an individual in a charcoal grey Durango with blue lights in the grill and dash. It was reported that suspect left with complaint’s wallet.

Extra Patrol- Extra Patrol was requested in the area of Alcovy River Landing in reference to mailboxes being opened in the area overnight.

Burglary- At a residence off Troy Smith Road subject reported the TV was stolen. Residents were in the process of moving and report suspect could be the moving company. Extra patrol was requested in reference to valuable still on location.

Accident- There was a dirt bike accident in the area of Roscoe Davis Road. Subject transported to Athens Regional.

Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence off Mohansic Avenue. Deputies checked the area. Everything okay.

Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence off Grey Fox Lane. Deputies checked the area. Basement door unlocked. Area Secured.

Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a school off Carl Davis Road. Deputies checked the area. Everything okay.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Piney Grove Rd. and Summit Ct. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Found Property- At a residence off Sterling Place subject reported there was a Polaris Four Wheeler in the woods behind the residence.

Zone 6
Trespassing- Subject reported trespassing in the area of Golden Meadows Lane at the Rock Quarry.

Trespassing- At a residence off North Sharon Church Road subject reported it appeared that someone attempted to enter the residence. Complainant reported possible suspect was sibling’s girlfriend. Contact was made with suspect. Criminal trespass warning issued.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Sharon Church Road and Johnson Road. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Juvenile Problem- At a residence off Greystone Drive subject reported there were several juvenile that cut through her yard. Contact made with the juveniles, and issued a verbal criminal trespass.

Juvenile Problem- At Jackson Mobile Home Park off Highway 20 there were several juveniles throwing rocks at passing vehicles. A rock struck a patrol car and the juveniles ran on foot. Two juveniles caught and charged with Criminal Trespass.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Highway 20. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Arrest- Robert Wilson was arrested at a business off Highway 81 after deputies saw him enter that business. Arrested for a Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County.

Trespassing- Subject reported for the second time trespassing in the area of Golden Meadows Lane at the Rock Quarry.

Entering Auto- At a residence off Rock Springs Court subject reported that someone took an iPad and Bluetooth Speakers form an unlocked vehicle on August 1st between11 o’clock pm and five o’clock am.

Accident- There was an accident in the area of Georgia 20 and Miller Bottom Road. A motorcycle rear ended a passenger car that stopped suddenly to turn. Subject transported to Gwinnett Medical Center. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Zone 7
Alarm- Deputies responded to an alarm at a school off Guthrie Cemetery Road. Deputies checked the area. Everything okay.

Entering Auto- At a residence off Briscoe Drive subject reported a gun taken from the vehicle. Gun entered into national database as stolen.

Suspicious Person- At a residence off Magnolia Way home owner reported someone driving a black Ford Explorer rolled his house with toilet paper. Extra Patrol was requested.
