LOGANVILLE, GA — The Walton County Sheriff's office shares incidents of interest with the public.

Wednesday, July 28

Stolen Vehicle – An Orion 125cc dirt bike went missing from a residence on Mountain Creek Church Road. Incident occurred approximately two weeks ago. The last time it was seen was on July 13, 2016.
Accident – A single-vehicle accident with minor injuries occurred on Grady Smith Road and Bos Circle. Accident handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Burglary Report – Resident on Bullock Trail reported that someone went into her garage and went through bags of clothes and also threw some clothes into the front yard. A television and doll house were also damaged.
Harassment – Resident on Bryan Court reported her daughter is being harassed by someone through Snapchat.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Atkinson Road at Tig Knight Road. Deputies checked for required driving criteria: Driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. One arrest as a result of the Safety Check. Elizabeth Ahnee was arrested for No Drivers License.
Thursday, July 28
Accident – A two-vehicle accident occurred on Hwy. 78 and Bay Creek Church Road. Accident was handled by Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
Theft Report – Resident on Piney Grove Road reported two rings missing from her residence. Incident occurred between July 24 and July 28.
Arrest – David Peacock was arrested for DUI in the area of Hwy. 81 at the Bold Springs Texaco.
Road Rage – Female motorist reported an unknown white male driving a black, BMW waved a gun out of his window at her while she was following behind him in traffic. When she pulled up behind him at the stop sign at intersection at Bold Springs Road, he got out of his vehicle and started waving the gun at her window telling her to "stop riding on me." The BMW was last seen traveling north on Hwy. 81 toward Winder. The driver of the BMW is described as a white male approximately 6 feet tall with short brown hair.
Entering Auto – Resident on Holly Stand Court reported someone entered her vehicle by breaking the window. Wallet and cell phone charger were reported taken.
Scam – Resident on Barnes Court reported an unknown person contacted him and told him he won $2.5 million and that the resident needed to send the unknown person $289.
Arrest – Alvin Jenkins was arrested in the area of Hwy. 78 at Garmon Park Court for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Commerce Police Department following a traffic stop.
