Accident – An accident with minor injuries occurred on Cown Road at Piney Grove Road. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Road at Mountain Creek Church Road. Deputies checked for required driving criteria: Driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citations issued or arrests made.

Hit & Run Accident – A hit & run accident occurred on Troy Smith Road. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.

Loud Music – Complaint of loud music at a residence on Bay Creek Road. Walton County deputy checked area and made contact with several people. All parties were asked to leave.
Burglary Report – Resident on Centerhill Church Road reported his back door to his residence was kicked in. A refrigerator was taken.
Accident – An accident occurred on Hwy. 78 at Youth Monroe Road. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.
Dispute – Charles Pinkerman II was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct following an incident at a residence on Oakwood Drive.
Monday, August 8
Identity Theft – Resident on Riverglen Walk reported someone used her social security number to open an account with Georgia Power.
Arrest – Zackery Adams was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at a resident on Ridgewood Drive following a dispute.
Suspicious Vehicle – Resident on Pointer Road reported a vehicle in front of his residence occupied by two white males. Vehicle was found unoccupied upon deputy’s arrival. Walton County deputy checked area. No contact with anyone in the area.
Damage to Property – Residents on Plantation Place in Caswell Plantation heard loud banging on the front door around 4 a.m. Residents opened door and found it had been egged.
