Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 78 and Bay Creek Church Road. Minor injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Safety Check - Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Road and Loth Wages Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. NO ARREST OR CITATION IN REFERENCE TO THIS SAFETY CHECK.

Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area Highway 81 and Double Springs Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Arrest - Katlyn Nicole Guy was arrested in the area of North Sharon Church Road at the Sharon Church Loop for an outstanding warrant out of Lawrenceville following a traffic stop.
Arrest - Joshua Mulkey was arrested at a residence in the area of Youth Monroe Road for Disorderly Conduct following a physical altercation.
Arrest - Devon Shaw was arrested in the area of Baker Carter Drive for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.
Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area Highway 81 and Tom Brewer Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Damage to Property - Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Centerhill Church Road to take a report of homeowner's windows being broken by an unknown individual.
Thursday, August 4
Accident – An accident occurred on Hwy. 81 at Tom Brewer Road. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.
Wednesday, August 3
Damage to Property – A citation was issued following an incident on Double Springs Road and South Cross Lane. Justin Wallace was issued a citation for Littering.
Accident – An accident with no injuries occurred on Hwy 81. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.
Stolen Vehicle – Resident on Bermuda Drive reported his 1994 green, 4 door, Mercedes stolen from his residence. Vehicle was entered on the national database for being stolen.
Accident – A single-vehicle accident with no injuries occurred on Hwy 78. Accident was handled by Georgia State Patrol.
Fraud – Resident on Old Sharon Church Road received a check in the mail for an electric wheel chair he was trying to sell. The check was twice the amount the resident was asking for. The resident received instructions to ship the wheel chair along with the extra money he had received. The check the resident received was not signed and came from a church. Church was contacted and had no knowledge of the incident.
Arrest – Sabrina Hendrix was arrested for Deposit Account Fraud (Bad Check) following a traffic stop in the area of Walmart in Loganville.
Tuesday, August 2
Theft Report – Resident on Holly Stand Court in Watson Mill Subdivision reported two bicycles stolen.
Suspicious Vehicle – A Walton County Animal Control officer reported an older, white Chevrolet Suburban occupied by four males was seen pointing at Law Enforcement vehicles on Oakridge Avenue in Oakmont Subdivision. The vehicle sped away but was later located by Monroe Police Department. The occupants stated they were in the area looking for work. Due to the fact the occupants were pointing out Law Enforcement vehicles a caution was forwarded to our local agencies reference this vehicle and its occupants.
Damage to Property /Illegal Dumping – Resident on Bay Creek Road reported trash containing some pieces of mail was dumped on their property and some of the trash had been set on fire. Six bags of garbage were also noticed in the brush line. Juveniles were suspected of being involved.
Accident – A two-vehicle accident with no injuries occurred on Hwy. 11 at Mountain Creek Church Road. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the accident.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy. 81 at Bold Springs Road. Deputies checked for required driving criteria: Driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No citations issued or arrests made.
Accident – A single-vehicle accident with no injuries occurred on Hwy 20. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the accident.
