Monday, February 27

Vehicle Accident — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area of Fannie Thompson Road. No injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Theft — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Harris Drive in Harrison Mill Estates subdivision to take a report of an unknown individual taking a firearm from the residence unlawfully. Firearm was placed on the national database as stolen.

Scam — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Atha Circle to take a report of complainant sending funds to an individual and never receiving their product.

Sunday, February 26

Damage to Property — Deputies responded to the area of Double Springs Road, Bold Springs Road and New Hope Church Road to take a report of nine residences having damage caused to their mailboxes.

Vehicle Accident — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area of Bay Creek Church Road and Piney Grove Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Suspicious Vehicle — Deputies responded to the area of Richmond Hill Drive in reference to an unknown individual on a silver dirt bike riding through the yards of residences in the area. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, no contact with anyone.

Saturday, February 25

Vehicle Accident — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 81 and Forest Falls Drive. No injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest — Danis Omeranovic was arrested in the area of Piney Grove Road and Bay Creek Church Road for Driving Under the Influence, following being found asleep behind the wheel of the vehicle.

Arrest — John Vaughan was arrested at a residence in the area of Youth Monroe Road for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Barrow County.

Friday, February 24

Vehicle Accident —Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the area of Bold Springs Road and Carl Davis Road. No life threatening injuries report. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 78 and New Hope Church Road. No injuries reported. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest — Johnathan Gomez was arrested in the area of Cedar Ridge Road for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and three other individuals on location were given Criminal Trespass warnings following a suspicious person call.

Citation — One motorist was cited in the area of Highway 78 and Lee Peters Road for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce following a traffic stop.

Damage to Property — Deputies responded to a business in the area of Highway 78 to take a report of an unknown individual slashing complainant’s tires.

Entering Auto — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Shepard’s Lane to take a report of an unknown individual entering motorist's unlocked vehicle and taking several items unlawfully. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division handled the scene of the incident.

Vehicle Accident — Deputies responded to a single vehicle-accident in the area of Highway 20 and Centerhill Church Road. No injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Thursday, February 23

Damage to Property — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Watson Fain Trail in Watson Fain Estates Subdivision in reference to an unknown individual damaging complainant's vehicle. Extra patrol requested in reference to the incident.

Arrest — Kelly Trice was arrested at a residence in the area of Meadow Drive for an outstanding warrant out of Rockdale County.

Citation — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Highway 20 on multiple occasions in reference to noise complainants. One resident cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Theft — Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Miller Bottom Road in reference to an unknown individual taking complainant’s cow trailer unlawfully.
