Safety Check- Walton County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a Safety Check in the area of Bold Springs Road and Mountain Creek Church Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No arrest or citations in reference to this Safety Check.

Stolen Vehicle- Deputies responded to a business in the area of Highway 20 to take a report of an unknown individual taking a maroon 2004 Ford F-250 from location unlawfully. Vehicle was entered on the national database as stolen.
Identity Theft- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Rabbit Farm Road to take a report of an unknown individual making purchases on complainant's account without authorization.
Sunday, October 23
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the area of Troy Smith Road and Aniki Bee Drive. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Highlands Boulevard in reference to speeding vehicle.
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of Highway 78 at the Maxey Mart. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Saturday, October 22
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of Bold Springs Road and Highway 81. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Damage to Property- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Highway 11 to take a report of several mailboxes being damaged by an unknown individual.
Traffic Citation- Deputies issued a citation in the area of Highway 11 and Shoal Creek Road for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce following a traffic stop for a broken tail light.
Burglary- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Highway 20 to take a report of an unknown individual making forced entry into complainant’s property. Unknown if anything was taken at the time of the report.
Theft- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Sandy Creek Road to take a report of an unknown individual taking complainant’s mail out of their mailbox unlawfully.
Theft- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Tom Brewer Road to take a report of an unknown individual taking homeowner's for sale sign out of their yard.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Dove Road in reference to an unknown 4 door black passenger car stopping at a cul-de-sac in the area and firing off shots. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, no contact with a vehicle matching the description. Everything appeared okay.
Friday, October 21
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of Cedar Ridge Road. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Arrest- Angie Martin was arrested at a residence in the area of Bold Springs Road for an outstanding Grand Larceny warrant out of Virginia.
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident at the Bold Springs Texaco. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Burglary- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Forrest Falls Drive to take a report of an individual coming onto complainant’s property and taking several items unlawfully. Possible suspect identified. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division handled the scene of the incident.
Damage to Property- Deputies responded to the area of Highway 78 to take a report of a bale of hay falling off an unknown motorist's vehicle and damaging complainant’s vehicle.
Arrest- Madyson Pelham was arrested in the area of Highway 11 near Campton Baptist Church for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of Ozora Church Road and Highway 81. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Entering Auto- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Dove Drive to take a report of an unknown individual entering complainant’s vehicle, but no items appeared to be missing.
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Highway 81. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
