Walton County Sheriff's Reports: Vehicle Accidents, Stolen Vehicle, Marijuana Arrest

LOGANVILLE, GA -- The Walton County Sheriff's office shares incidents of interest with the public.

Here are some of the calls the sheriff's office handled recently in the Loganville area.

Thursday, November 3

Hit and Run - Deputies responded to a hit and run accident in the area of Grady Smith Road. No known injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 81 and Ozora Church Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the area of Youth Monroe Road and Southern Hill Drive. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Tuesday, November 1

Vehicle Accident - Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 81 and Bold Springs Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Theft Report - Deputies responded to a residence in the area of High Point Ridge to take a report of an unknown individual taking items out of complainant's mailbox unlawfully.

Arrest - Kevin Smith was arrested in the area of Highway 20 and Centerhill Church Road for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Possession of Drug Related Objects following a traffic stop.

Stolen Vehicle - Deputies responded to a business in the area of Highway 20 to take a report of an unknown individual leaving an unknown vehicle that was stripped in the parking lot. Deputies ran the vehicle information and it came back as stolen out of John’s Creek Police Department.

Theft Report- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of McCullers Road to take a report of an unknown individual taking several items from homeowners residence unlawfully.
