2 Accused Of Arson In Marietta Car Fire; Suspects At-Large

The fire occurred in July 2022 at Red Barn Road.

MARIETTA, GA — Warrants were issued Friday for two suspects accused in a July 2022 car fire at Red Barn Road, Cobb County fire officials said Monday afternoon.

Crews with the Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services responded around 3:01 a.m., July 9, 2022, to an abandoned Nissan sedan in flames, fire officials said.

The cause of the fire was incendiary, meaning a combustible device was involved, fire officials said.

David Hunter Rogers, 22, is charged on suspicion of second degree arson, fraud insurance claims and false report, fire officials said.

Britni Lyn Martin, 30, is charged on suspicion of second degree arson, fire officials said.

Both suspects are at-large.
