3 Charged In Armed Robbery Of Marietta Cell Phone Repair Business
One of the suspects ordered the owner into a back storage room and told them to stay there while he left the building, Marietta Police say.
MARIETTA, GA — Three people accused in the armed robbery of a Cobb Parkway South cell phone repair business have been arrested, Marietta Police said Wednesday.
Police said officers responded around 1 p.m. Thursday to the business, where a 45-year-old Brice Cope was accused of demanding cash and cell phones from the owner at gunpoint.
Cope, from Pooler, was then accused of ordering the owner into a back storage room. Police said while blocking the doorway, Cope ordered the owner to stay inside while he left the building.

Two other suspects were outside of the business at the time. Police identified them as Detrick Johnson, 43, of Ellenwood, and Jasmine Latta, 33, of Fairburn.
With the use of security cameras, police said they were able to identify the vehicle as it fled the area. They then tracked the vehicle to Decatur, where the trio was arrested with the assistance of DeKalb County Police.
