A Loyal Heart Looking For A Forever Home and Family To Call Her Own!

An unknown author once said, "Our perfect companions never have fewer than four paws," and this saying couldn't be more true in the case of HALLE.

"Halle", or "Halle Girl" as she's fondly referred to by her foster parents, is a five year old, twenty-pound King Charles Spaniel mix.  She sticks to her humans like glue, content to be on the floor at your feet, or up on the couch beside you - just as long as she can be near you.  Halle is a unique canine in that she enjoys trying to actually "speak" to her human.  She will sincerely gaze at you and try to communicate her feelings with earnest, even moving her mouth in the same way a human would.  

You might expect this extraordinary girl to be well-trained, and your expectations would be on point!  Halle is house-trained, leash trained, and goes to her crate willingly.  She behaves excellently with other small dogs, and has no interest in cats.  

Halle's sensitive nature means that she needs a lot of tender, loving care.  Before Angels Among Us Pet Rescue saved Halle's life, she was in a horrific hoarding situation where most of the dogs had little to no socialization.  Halle also suffered from heartworm disease which is very painful.  All of these life challenges have led Halle to be a shy girl.  She has come a long way in learning to trust her kind foster parents, and she will continue to improve as more and more love is bestowed upon her.  

This adorable, sweet little girl will need a forever home where her human can be with her most of the day, and where there is at least one small dog to keep her company.  A fenced yard is an absolute must.  Ultimately, Halle will need a forever home with an adult who has a huge heart to match her own; someone who can be patient with her, can sympathize with her stressful and chaotic past, and who will continue to provide a wealth of love for this precious dog.

Halle is up-to-date on all shots, is spayed, microchipped, and has come through her heartworm treatment like a pro.
