Local Financial Services Leaders Join Futurity First Insurance Group as Co-Managers of Marietta, GA Branch

Futurity First Insurance Group has announced the appointment of  Eugene Young and LaChelle Bronson as co-Managers of the Marietta, Georgia branch.

Both natives of Atlanta, Young and Bronson are co-founders of DIA Financial, LLC based in Marietta, GA.  They have strong experience in leading teams to serve the goals and needs of their clients through innovative solutions, ease of doing business and a deep commitment to service.  Their marketing efforts will focus on areas north of Atlanta, but also extend to other locations in and outside of Georgia.

A seasoned business leader with 10 years of financial services experience, Young began his career as an insurance and financial producer in Atlanta, GA and maintained lead positions in sales, while managing a strong team of 50+ agents.  He has proven to be a hands-on leader who personally oversees the strategic direction and long-term growth plans while offering extensive depth and breadth of knowledge in customized insurance programs, annuities, and final expense planning to clients in over 45 states nationwide.  Active in several national insurance organizations, Young has earned numerous recognitions and rewards, including multiple top producer and leadership achievement awards, as well as local community recognition.

With 14 years of advanced market experience in the insurance industry and financial sales, Bronson is a results driven, influential leader and advocate offering multiple insurance products, including  life insurance, final expense planning, health and dental insurance, Medicare supplemental plans, annuities for retirement planning as well as critical illness and accident insurance. She holds over 45 licenses nationwide and has played major roles in agent educational development, training, recruitment and sales.  Additionally, she has earned a number of recognitions and been awarded multiple sales achievements and community awards.
