Attention All Gardeners!

1. The Cobb County Water Quality Lab seeks volunteer gardeners for help in renovating its Rain Garden. They have an event planned for 9 to 11 a.m. today as part of an effort to convert the site into an educational rain garden that focuses on native plants, pollinators and storm water.  Call 770-528-1482 or send an email to water_RSVP@cobbcounty.org if you're interested in volunteering.

2. The Marietta City Council meets today for its committee meetings and regular session beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the council chambers of Marietta City Hall. Every regular session is broadcast live and then archived for future viewing.
