Bah Humbug Prevention Alert!

Asked to write a few comments on HOW to Avoid the Bah Humbug Feeling this Season
1.) Don't over commit....set limits on your time and what festivities you will join in...TOO MUCH can ruin the Holiday Mood!
2) Watch the Alcohol...Hangovers and work the next day simply don't mix...not to mention the Numerous Pitfalls of drinking ..
3.) Watch The Food..too many sugary treats will send your blood sugar out of control and  affect your mood, and energy levels! 
4.) Do a Budget BEFORE You Spend, so not crying In the New Year over bills to pay!
5) take time for YOU, if You don't feel good, you can't be good to others you know!
6.) Lastly don't fall Into the Trap of Comparing Yourself to others..Let's face it The HALLMARK Commercials are simply NOT Reality..no one has the picture perfect around the tree and singing at the piano kind of Holiday Season!
