BBB's Top Complaints and 2015 Stats: More Consumers Than Ever Checking BBB.org When Making Purchasing Decisions

Better Business Bureau released its 2015 statistics recently, showing some interesting trends in the way consumers interact with BBB. One big difference? Online interaction saw a big increase. We also introduced BBB’s Scam Tracker, allowing consumers to report scams that show on an interactive map.

And what was the winner of the number one complaint category? Cellular Telephone Service & Supplies! Not surprising since most of us can’t live without our phones.
