Cobb Closes Offices, Facilities Ahead Of Hurricane Irma

The Xpress bus services have been cancelled and there are changes to several CobbLinc routes, the county said Sunday.

MARIETTA, GA -- All Cobb County offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, Sept. 11 in anticipation of severe weather from Hurricane Irma.

Due to these closures, the 9 a.m. agenda work session and 1:30 p.m. Board of Commissioners work session are both cancelled. Xpress bus services have been cancelled and there are changes to several CobbLinc routes. Please check CobbLinc.com for the most up-to-date info.

All Cobb libraries, parks and senior services facilities will be closed. Cobb judicial services including Superior, State, Magistrate, Probate and Juvenile courts will be closed, and jurors do not need to report.
