Cobb County Police Investigate Marietta Murder
The victim, a Hispanic male around his 50's, was found dead near Austell and Dorothy.

From Crime Stoppers Atlanta: Homicide Investigation (10/19/17 @ 2103 hours in Zone 2) The Cobb County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit continues to investigate an apparent homicide, which was discovered last night on Austell Road at Dorothy Drive S.W. in Marietta, Georgia.
According to investigators, the Cobb County Emergency Communications Center dispatched uniform officers from Precinct-2 to the intersection of Austell Road and Dorothy Drive in reference to a person down. When they arrived, the body of a male was located on the sidewalk near the intersection, deceased from a gunshot wound.

Hispanic male, thought to be approximately 50 years of age. The Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office has taken custody of the body and is expected to determine the manner and cause of death.
