Cobb School Bus Driver Arrested After Walking Into Family's Home

The driver was looking for the family's daughter, a media report says.

MARIETTA, GA — A Cobb County school bus driver is facing burglary and loitering charges after being accused of walking into a family's home Wednesday in search of their daughter, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The driver was accused of previously asking the daughter inappropriate questions and inquiring about her whereabouts, the outlet reported.

Cobb County officials released the following statement to Patch:

“We are cooperating fully with police as they perform their investigation. All details can be confirmed through the arrest warrant and Cobb PD who is completing the investigation. The bus driver is not serving Cobb students, pending the outcome of the investigation. We cannot comment further on this until the investigation has been completed.”
