A passenger in Price's car, 17-year-old Ashley Bratton, of Acworth, also died from her injuries at the hospital, police said. Price and a 16-year-old boy who also was a passenger in his car were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the speed that Price was driving at the time of the crash is believed to have contributed to it and charges are expected to be filed. Anyone with information in the crash is asked to contact Cobb County Police Department’s traffic unit at 770-499-3987.
