Coolray Moving Headquarters to Cobb County
Some of the biggest brands in home maintenance and repair is moving its offices to Marietta.
The Wrench Group, whose home maintenance and repair service brands include Coolray, is bringing its corporate headquarters to Marietta.
The company also announced that Ken Haines has been hired as CEO. Haines was formerly president & CEO of Atlanta's Coolray Companies, one of Wrench's four regional brands.
The Wrench Group essential home maintenance and repair services, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical services. The company brings together four regional brands; Abacus and Berkeys in Dallas and Houston; Parker & Sons in Phoenix; and Coolray in Atlanta, which will now be led by Paul Smith.

Coolray, an HVAC, plumbing, home automation and related services company, grew into one of the largest home services companies in the southeast under Haines' leadership.
