Artisan Resource Center Artists' Open Studio Event & Friday Eve Art Party. 24+ Professional Artists & Fine Craftsmen open. Live Music Friday evening.
Held the weekend before Thanksgiving. ART PARTY AND RECEPTION: Friday night from 6PM -10PM. Event provides rare opportunity for public access to the 43,000 Sq Ft Center. Movie Special Effects studio AFX opens Saturday for touring. Door Prizes from Mary Jane Huegel and Taylor Cox include original paintings created during event (see entry details at event). Out of Box Theater performances. Artist Technique Demos in weaving, jewelry making, flame worked glass. Artists Market,Original and Limited Edition work, gift items.
Five new artists to the center working in Weaving, Figurative Abstracts, Still Life.
SPECIAL EXHIBITS: “It’s All About Color”: Four artists presented at Helen Deramus (L-1); ”Shields of Protection” @ Ehecatl Art (G-2); Instructor Exhibit Atelier K-2.
Come Friday evening to the art party for a quick review. Return Saturday and/ or Sunday for extensive tours.
