Early Voting Details For State Senate, Other Races

Can't make it to the ballot box on Nov. 7? That's okay. Check out here where and when you can vote early this year.

COBB COUNTY, GA — The Nov. 7 elections are coming up, and seats for city offices and a State Senate seat for District 6 are up in the air. Not everybody in the county is eligible to vote, however, according to Cobb County.

To find out if you are eligible to vote in these elections, you can visit the My Voter Page at www.mvp.sos.ga.gov, where sample ballots are also available. You can also text "GA" to 2VOTE (28683) to receive a link with the info.

County officials are offering early voting for those who can't make the trip on Nov. 7. Early voting will take place at the Elections Main Office, the Smyrna Community Center, Austell City Hall, Ben Robertson Community Center and the Community Development Building.

The release from Cobb County said "Sample ballots are available only if you are eligible to vote on Nov. 7. 'Ballot information is currently unavailable,' means you are not eligible."
