In this class participants will learn the basics of oil painting. Class will discuss the various mediums and materials used in oil painting and how to mix and layer colors. Many techniques such as under painting, glazing, blending, impasto, and scraffito will be explored. The instructor will provide reference materials and photos for students to choose from.
