This golf tournament is to raise money for Empowered Ministries, led by Christopher Coleman. Christopher was pronounced dead at birth, but miraculously he survived. However, he went 15 minutes without oxygen, and as a result he has struggled with cerebral palsy ever since. Christopher now travels the country speaking at various schools, corporations and organizations to teach people not to let their "wheelchairs" - whatever their wheelchair may be - confine them. Through Empowered Ministries, Christopher also provides life coaching services for individuals in need through sponsorships and donations.
All proceeds from the tournament will go to support Empowered Ministries, which is a tax-exempt non-profit organization.
Players will have an opportunity to win a 2011 car from a Pugmire dealership and other great prizes!
