West Cobb Purim Carnival

Congregation Ner Tamid, a Reform Jewish congregation serving West Cobb, Kennesaw, Paulding and surrounding areas, is having a Purim Carnival on Sunday, March 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be held at Mountain View Prep, 2320 Baker Rd NW, Acworth, 770-218-1950.

Featured will be face painting, a moon bounce, a reading of the Megillah and a chance to boo Haman.

Tickets will be sold at the door for games, prizes and food items. Cash only. All proceeds will benefit Congregation Ner Tamid’s religious school. For more information, call 678-264-8575, or e-mail info@mynertamid.org.

Congregation Ner Tamid, established in 2006, holds twice monthly, rabinically led evening Shabbat and Tot Shabbat services in borrowed space in Christ Lutheran Church, 176 West Sandtown Road, Marietta, GA 30064. All are invited to attend.

Religious, Hebrew and B’nai Mitzvah training, as well as women’s, men’s and senior group events are held at various locations in West Cobb.
