Gang Member Pleads Guilty in Aspiring Rapper's Murder
Justin Mitchell, AKA 'Yung Teddy,' was shot to death in 2013 by a member of the Rolling 30 Harlem Crips gang.

MARIETTA, GA -- A man has pled guilty in the 2013 shooting death of an aspiring rapper.
On Jan. 2, 2013, Justin Mitchell, 23, whose stage name was ‘Yung Teddy,’ was shot multiple times in a house on Pine Circle in Austell by two men who forced their way into the residence, and pointed guns at two females, but targeted Mitchell.
Willie Danyell Hunt, a/k/a Curley Dean Holden, 26, of Los Angeles, a member of the Rolling 30 Harlem Crips gang out of Los Angeles, pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter on Wednesday. His accomplice remains unidentified.

After accepting the plea, Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary E. Staley sentenced Hunt to serve 19 years in prison. He has remained in custody since his arrest a few weeks after the killing and will get credit for the time he has served.
