From Hostess to Manager: Marietta Woman's Success Story at Longhorn

Tricia West is the new manager of the longest-standing LongHorn Steakhouse in the nation.

MARIETTA, GA -- Tricia West was recently named the new managing partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse on Lower Roswell Road, a restaurant she began working at when she was just 16.

“I enjoy motivating and impacting team members and taking 100 percent care of our guests," she said. "I am always looking for a challenge, and when I became an assistant manager I knew my next goal was to have my own restaurant. LongHorn has always been my passion and my drive. I am looking forward to this new journey.”

Born and raised in the community, West joined the LongHorn family as a hostess. After many years in the hospitality industry, West consistently hit her goals and exceeded expectations. Today, she attributes her success to her team and managers who have always encouraged and supported her throughout her career.
