Jimmy John's In Marietta Robbed At Gunpoint
A man walked into the restaurant at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday carrying a black handgun, according to police.

MARIETTA, GA — A clerk at a Jimmy John's restaurant in Marietta was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night, according to police.
According to the Cobb County Police Department, the crime happened at about 9:30 p.m. at the sandwich restaurant at 1337 Powers Ferry Rd. A man walked into the restaurant armed with a black pistol and demanded that the clerk give him money, investigators say.
The clerk gave the man money from the register ad the robber ran away, according to a police news release. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Cobb County Police Department's Crimes Against Person unit at 770-499-3945.
