Man, 64, Killed In Cobb County Hit And Run
An Austell woman was arrested and charged with Driving with a Suspended License (M) and Felony Hit and Run after a man died Tuesday.

COBB COUNTY, GA — A hit and run accident on Tuesday evening killed a 64-year-old Austell man, police said. Melissa Marbry, 44, of Austell was driving a white 2020 Kia Optima when she hit the pedestrian along Riverside Parkway, north of Premier Lane.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
According to Cobb County police, the accident happened at 7:47 p.m. Mabry was identified when someone called police in reference to damage on the Kia. She was arrested and charged with Driving with a Suspended License (M) and Felony Hit and Run.
