Man Accused Of Slapping Woman's Butt At Marietta Gas Station

MARIETTA, GA — A man is facing sexual battery charges after a woman told police he slapped her butt Saturday at a Marietta gas station, according to a warrant obtained from Marietta Police.

Video footage was secured in the incident. The man was arrested Monday but was later released, police told Patch.

The man, identified as Shawn Harris, is being investigated in connection with at least four similar cases, police said. He is facing additional charges though it is unclear how many incidents those charges are related to.
