  1. Police are investigating a body found in a burning tent at a Cobb County homeless encampment off I-75. The body was found around 1 a.m. Cobb police investigators are working to determine if the death was accidental, or if foul play is involved. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
  2. John Cristadoro is expected to announce a run for Cobb School Board District 5 at the Cobb County Republican Breakfast on April 1. The Air Force veteran has children who attend Cobb schools and is expected to face current board chairman David Banks for the East Cobb seat. (East Cobb News)
  3. Marietta City Schools named new principals at Marietta High and Lockheed Elementary. Marietta High School will be led by Dr. Marvin J. Crumbs and Dr. Tricia Patterson will take the helm at Lockheed. They will assume their new roles in June. (Marietta City Schools)
